2、 Working principle

Under the driving force of the active shaft, the loaded cylinder undergoes a cyclic composite motion of translation, rotation, and rolling, which promotes the material to undergo a three-dimensional composite motion along the cylinder in the circumferential, radial, and axial directions, thereby achieving the mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation, and doping of various materials and achieving uniform mixing. When the machine is in operation, due to the multi-directional operation of the mixing bucket, various materials are accelerated in flow and diffusion during the mixing process, while avoiding the phenomenon of material density segregation and accumulation caused by centrifugal force in general mixing machines, thus achieving excellent mixing effect.
